Please ensure that all the desired text, including names and punctuation, is mentioned in your notes. If any names or text is omitted from your order notes, they will not be included in the making of the print, as they may differ from the details shown in the example image. It is recommended to keep the text length similar to the number of words shown in the example, as using more text would require reducing its size to fit everything.

- The wording on the jumpers will be removed if you choose one of the hairstyles highlighted in red.

- You can request the wording on the back of the jumpers to be removed if preferred.
- It's worth noting that the more text used, the smaller the font.
- Unfortunately, emojis can't be used.

We know how important it is to receive your items on time, so we strive to dispatch items within 1-2 days of purchase, Monday to Friday. When placing your order, available delivery options and the estimated delivery date will be displayed on the checkout screen. If you're in a rush, please consider upgrading to a faster shipping method, which can be found next to the ‘Notes to Seller’ box upon checkout. A signature may be required when choosing a tracked method of postage. We use Royal Mail 1st Class for orders within the UK and Royal Mail International Standard for orders outside the UK. Please allow 7 days for delivery within the UK and 28 days for delivery outside the UK if you choose the standard shipping option.
